Xbox Live Arcade File Size Expanded to 250MB

Xbox Live Arcade titles have been known for their 50MB file limit, and developers have done amazing things with this limit, but the limit is expected to get an increase soon.

Under condition of anonymity, sources revealed to 1UP that the file size for Xbox Live Arcade titles has been increased from 50 MB to 250 MB and with Microsoft’s approval, that size can be expanded to 450 MB.

Even though it’s not too much of a surprise as they’ve done it before, Microsoft continues to mold the Xbox Live experience into what their core audience wants. You can’t get better than that, because you’re bound to get what you pay for – an online service that adapts to the wants and needs of it’s audience.

Now, if only I can get my Xbox 360 back from being repaired!
