Developer Certain Affinity has revealed that they have formed a partnership with Bungie Studios and Microsoft Fame Studios to produce multiplayer maps for Halo 2 exclusively for the Xbox 360. These maps are planned to appear on Xbox Live around Spring 2007. Certain Affininty was founded by Max Hoberman who was actually part of Halo 2 and Halo 3 multiplayer team so he should be able to deliver quality maps that Halo is known for.

So don’t throw away Halo 2 yet, Halo 3 isn’t here yet but fans loving this game have even more to love now and we all know you love it.
