A company called Interlink is sueing Nintendo over their Wiimote claiming it violates their patent for having the pretty much the same function that the Wiimote has. This could be a serious deal considering that the Wiimote is kinda of the selling point for Nintendo’s Wii. If they lose this case it could spell disaster for their system since they will be losing a lot of money or worst case scenerio have to abandon the Wiimote completely.
