It's time for the 2nd Annual Xbox Community Awards!

It’s about that time of the year where Gamertag Radio gives out awards to the members of the community that deserve recognition for their above-and-beyond actions. There are a lot of categories to choose from, but when I saw the story, I was a bit surprised to see DeaconBlade360 from Unscripted360 mentioned in multiple categories! He’s actually a bit surprised, as well, as he pointed out in his post Xbox Community Awards 2006 this morning.

That, to me, is amazing. I know DeaconBlade personally, and if anyone is worthy of these awards in the community, it’s him. He’s one of the coolest people i’ve met in the community so far – and that says a lot.

Here’s a little bit of info about the Xbox Community Awards and the categories that DeaconBlade is nominated for:

Once a year, Gamertag Radio presents their Xbox Community Awards. Here’s you chance to give your vote to your favorite community sites. Voting Ends Nov 30, 2006. Congratulations to all the nominees, and to those that just missed the cut. Our community wouldn’t be the same without you all!
