With thousands of players accessing the Phantasy Star Universe Open Beta, there are also many who cannot. Thankfully, on the PSU Beta forums, two players by the names Symtex and WolfBane have figured out the way to access the game. If you’re having connection problems, follow the instructions from the source:

For Super Fast Fix Without Calling Your ISP, Or If You Use NTL, Follow These Steps But Use With SYMTEXs Perfect DNS Server Numbers: 4.2.2.1 and 4.2.2.2

The fix is implemented by starting at your 360 dashboard and doing the following:

• Access the “System” blade on the far right.
• Select “Network Settings”.
• Select “DNS Settings”.
• For your Primary DNS, input 4.2.2.1
• For your Secondary DNS, input 4.2.2.2
• That’s it!
